So, if you keep up with Jacob's Caring Bridge site (http://caringbridge.org/visit/jacobsthompson) then you know they have been trying to keep themselves occupied for a few days before entering the hospital for treatment. Recently they went to a pretty fun zoo. Jacob had a good time, especially enjoying the polar bear who was quite active and playful. It sounds as if he will be admitted Thursday, start radiation and chemotherapy Friday, and get the transplant the following Thursday, June 14.
