Chapel-achian Trail

"Godliness with contentment is great gain."
(1 Timothy 6:6)

Recently, the Chapel at Reveille UMC was transformed into a studio
showcasing the art, culture, music and history of Appalachian Virginia.

John Donelson played the strings off his dulcimer.
Anne Poarch and Dennis King sang beautifully.
Kevin Bruny accompanied them on the piano.

The program, like the folks of Appalachia, was sincere and compelling.
Outreach.
Inreach.

Reveille UMC: Open the Doors

Youth Sunday
No hanging on the rim.

Nature and Reveille welcomed us.

After Zarina got back from painting houses at Rebuilding Together, she had
streaks of whit paint in her hair that made it look gray. I can relate.

Coffee tables set to the left
Pastry table set in the middle
L-shaped tables on the right for packing lunches (Friends of the Homeless)

Early service at 8:30 in the Chapel.

Follow the path to the light

with Laughton Corr

with Sophia Mysterium

Difficult to guess who it is behind the mask...

I went to take photos of the bag luncheon construction site,
but they were so fast that they were already finished and cleaning up.

Youth Sunday was a great day. Very welcoming!
