The Drug Awareness and Resistance Education (DARE) program
teaches 5th graders to make good choices and stay out of trouble.
The Hanover Sheriff's Department does a great job of educating the children,
hopefully before they find themselves in situations where they need to take a stand.
Jacob and Annabelle received their certificates.
The children were encouraged to remember all they had learned and apply it to their lives.
Finally, the Character Award was given to the one child who they thought
exemplified integrity, honor, and good character.
Congratulations, Jacob!
His mom taught him well.
She teaches them all well, but some listen better than others.
