Lucy, Then and Now

Once upon a time, there was a young gymnast from Kazakhstan

who joined a gymnastics team called All American.

She had a wonderful time and received great coaching.

Later she would get older and bigger and stronger

and move to a gym far far away.

This time she would travel far and wide to national and international competitions.

She scored well enough to make it to the state championship meet.

Her bar routine was excellent.

Her beam routine was even better.

Eventually she would score high enough to move on to the Regional Championships.

After the season was over, her coach announced plans to leave and start a recreational gym.

The team was dismayed. But, as the story goes, the show must go on!

The River City Youth Fitness Finale was a tour de force of dance and tumbling.

Lucy and friends lit up the crowd.

Lucy also demonstrated her prowess on the bars.

Then there was more dancing!

Towards the end of the show, the older girls gave speeches.

They were all pretty heart broken and having to disband the team.

But the all said goodbye and had plans to go their separate ways.

Lucy will join the team at Aerial East.

Their last act as a team was to celebrate coach Lindsey's upcoming marriage.

So all the girls enjoyed her bridal shower
