The Semester Comes to a Close

A monument for a member of the Woodmen of the World

Speaking of woodmen, Will continues to create beautiful things
(this one might look nicer if had Crimson instead of Maroon, though)

Grace and Martha went to see Seussical: The Musical at the Panola Playhouse.
They gave it two thumbs up (one from each Thing, apparently)!

Then it was on to making delicious things in the kitchen.

This blog is occasionally quite educational.

Wow! I want that BIG strawberry!
(the educational part of this blog post is clearly now over)

Before leaving town for the summer, Grace and Drew (and their families)
met for lunch at one of Grace's favorite restaurants: IHOP!

Can you guess who is hiding behind that Elmo book?

If you guessed "Samuel" then give yourself an "A"

Samuel gave his approval of Drew, while insisting that he alone remains Grace's "sweet babboo"

Susan got to meet Drew and his mom Kellie (and her parents).

Then they hit the open road for home.
It looked for a while like it might be a long ride home for Grace,

then exhaustion set in...

The Colorful World of Guntersville, Alabama

First things first: find breakfast for dinner!

Toots is proud of her grandchildren.
Gotta like the fact that Jackson already made the shirt!

The flamingoes are back from their migrations.

The azaleas are in full bloom.

The wisteria blooms are making the honey bees super happy.

No snow in Alabama this week!

Pancakes in Williamsburg: What're the Odds?

No trip to Williamsburg, for soccer or any other reason, is complete
without stopping by a pancake house with James Thompson. Go Tribe!

If you've ever been to my house at breakfast time,
you know the true meaning of International House of Pancakes
