Dizzy Dads and Straight Leg Jeans

So much fun in March!

First, Lucy went to the State gymnastics championship
and made alternate to regionals (just one scheduling conflict away)

Then mom and Sophie went to Shriner's Hospital in Philadelphia
(through the requisite blizzard, of course) and they did surgery on her
left leg to make it straighter. They also did some surgery on her right
hip and decided it would be cruel to give her two casts so they dreamt
up a contraption to immobilize both legs together with foam and velcro.

I had planned on working late shifts while they were away but a
recurrence of a vertigo problem sent my plan spinning down the toilet.

Thanks be to God for good neighbors; Angie Maloney stepped in and
took care of Samuel for a few days. Samuel just adored being with her.

Finally, Annabelle lost her tooth and no one could be happier!
