Sometimes you feel stuck in a moment and the future seems so far away. Sometimes you get stuck in a hospital room and your departure seems so far away. Sometimes a Nook and a bunny are just enough to make you feel comfortable for a while in such a situation. A nook is a secluded retreat often often set apart from a larger space. Jacob's nook is room C4141 at the Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is holy time and holy space, sanctified (set apart for a purpose) and cleansed, a place of healing and wholeness. When you are in your nook, pray for Jacob in his nook.
