OBX 2014: Telephone Pictionary

OBX June 2014
Let the fun begin!

With rain in the forecast for day 1, we began a massive game of telephone pictionary!

How to Play:
Get a bunch of notecards or scraps of paper.
Give each player a number of cards equal to the number of people playing.
Everyone gets 1 minute to write down some words on their top card.
Everyone passes their whole stack of cards left.
Everyone gets 2 minutes to read the written phrase, move that card to the back of their stack,
then draw a picture on a new card that depicts the written phrase.
Everyone passes their whole stack of cards left.
Everyone gets 1 minute to write in words what they think the picture is saying.
Repeat the process alternating between words and pictures until each stack has
traveled all the way around the table and back to its origin.
Take turns showing the words and the pictures to the others.
Laugh a lot.

Matthew's contributions to the game were legion.

Joshua's drawings were both elegant and misleading.

Day 2 was Sunday, so we headed to Duck UMC
for the always powerful preaching of Pastor John Tyson.

Also, we had a new addition to the OBX vacation this year.
We all enjoyed our time together with Drew Boudreaux.
